I took some more time out from working on Technicolor Death to work on more Doctor Who themed art. This is the body. It will be fitting over an old remote control SUV I had laying around. Hopefully I can find the remote for it or it won't be as awesome. Meet K9.
New glitter cat masks with crin and ribbons and sterling silver beads I made that are now up for sale at the Made in Fort Point Store in Boston. A closeup of each can be seen in my Project Gallery.
Here's one of the Technicolor Death skulls without blacklight. It's amazing what a difference the blacklight makes. Using UV reactive acrylics is awesome!
One of my latest projects is working on Doctor Who themed art for a festival next weekend. I wanted to make some Daleks scaled to go with my Tardis tent, but I don't really have the resources right now to do that, so I'm working on some mini Daleks made out of tiny orange cones (approx 4" tall) with googly eyes glued on them that I'm going to spray paint. I got the eyes glued on last night and I'm really happy with the results!
